REGULATIONS

1. After familiarizing himself/herself with all terms of this regulations, the customer sends an enquiry via our form or via email presenting the facts of the case.
2. sending an enquiry, the customer accepts terms of this regulations and simultaneously concludes a contract of mandate with a lawyer..
3. After receiving the enquiry a lawyer skilled in a particular area of law sends back to an e-mail address provided by the customer within 48 hours all required information and documents and states the cost and time of providing the required service.
4. The Law Practice reserves the right to refuse to provide the service.
5. The customer shall pay to the given bank account the payment for the service and shall send all required by the lawyer documents by e-mail.
6. The lawyer who exercises proceedings shall issue an invoice to the customer if required.
7. The lawyer is obliged to provide the service with due professional care.
8. To all matters not settled herein appropriate provisions of the Civil Code and the Bar Act as of 26 May 1982 shall respectively apply
9. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with e-advice based on this regulations shall be referred to District Court in Lodz - Downtown Lodz.
